In your post you state : Propylene glycol is safe if not ingested.
Today in Walmart I purchased some artificial cherry flavouring for adding to my Nicotine based e-liquid. When looking at the label I noticed it contained no less than 20% propylene glycol. Obviously the FDA have approved this. Surely this is meant for ingesting.
I personally try to use Vegetable glycerine as the vapor producer in my E-cigs. If you havent mentioned this on your forum before perhaps you should as not all E-liquids contant propylene glycol. As for vegetable glycerine- again I purchased that from a popular emporium of drugs for a few dollars. FDA approved im sure :)
In my opinion the FDA are puppets of big business and have nothing to do with protecting health. MSG, Corn surup, hydrogentated vegetable oil all approved. I remember my mothers kitchen cupboard filled with pots of chemicals, E numbers and those items mentioned above. Or was it a bad dream? So these are not put in food for the consumer. I digress but I hope the point is made.
Keep up the good work.
